Pretty much every Google result including CoinMarketCap shows outdated or $0 pricing for Wownero. Right now the most reliable and likely the only place to see the current Wownero price is nonlogs.io which currently lists only WOW/BTC and WOW/USDT.
If anyone knows of another market that trades Wownero please let me know.
